Apartment-Hotel Al Frantoio offers its guests self check-in service that guarantees extreme flexibility: you can enter into your room or apartment at any time, starting from 3:00 pm

How?

• Complete online check-in
  At the time of booking you will receive an email for Web Check-in with your personal information.
• Leave your car in our private outdoor car park and from there, enter the hotel through the back door by typing in the access code.
  You will receive the code (by e-mail or whatsapp) a few days before your stay.
• If your stay has not already been paid, you can pay by debit or credit card at our totem.
  These are the only accepted payment methods and you will have to enter your card PIN.

Self check-in

1. Enter the last name of the reservation or, alternatively, the reservation number
   The totem will recognise your booking details.
2. Enter your identity document details
   If you did not conclude the online check-in procedure, the totem will request the details of all guests. In this case it is necessary to have the documents of all guests (ID card, driving licence or passport).
3. Payment at the totem
   If the reservation has not already been paid, you can pay by debit or credit card at our totem.
4. Room access code
   At the end of self check-in procedure, the totem will provide the room or apartment number and the access key.
