Our property is deeply connected to the history of the region. Originally built in the 19th century as a silkworm farm and later converted into an olive mill producing the renowned Garda olive oil, it was carefully restored by our family and brought back to life. Today, the original millstone remains a unique reminder of its heritage.

In 2024, Al Frantoio was completely renovated and transformed into a modern Aparthotel, located between the centres of Arco and Riva del Garda. In addition to comfortable hotel rooms, we offer spacious and bright apartments featuring fully equipped kitchens, living areas and all the space you need to enjoy your holiday in complete freedom.
